Rocky the Rooster (TurkeyBoy)

He was an Easter prop no one wanted, so we adopted him.

The girls were not sure what to think at first except they did NOT like him.
He had to live inside his cage (inside the run) for weeks before they would let him become a member of their flock. He is allowed to eat, and roost, but the girls are sure to remind him he is the low man on the totem pole.

He gets lots of extra love from the children since he came to us used to being held.

These were taken a month ago, but now he has curly feathers all over his feet and it gradually leaving his awkwardness behind.
Ali, always with a green treat for the hens.  They follow her around the run.
