First Beach Day of '08

We went to the beach yesterday with Dan's parents since the weather has been so nice lately. I have really been wanting to take Ben since the last time I went I was about 6 or 7 months pregnant with him. He really enjoyed being outside and seemed to love watching the waves. Ali loved it as always! The water was still a bit chilly for me, but I'm sure in no time it'll be warm enough to enjoy.
This has become a beach day tradition... being burried in the sand. I know, I need to get Ben a beach towel that doesn't have Strawberry Shortcake on it!

I thought Ben would start crawling. He could dig his feet into the sand and his lower body would lift, but he just wouldn't coordinate with the arms at the same time.
This kid loves to be outside in the breeze.




Ali was busy all day, building, smashing, carrying water from the ocean... she slept very good last night!
