Dan's Latest Creation

It has been a while since I've last posted. Three weeks ago, we moved into a new apartment (just a couple buildings over from our old one). The view from the outside is still pretty much the same. The interior layout is quite different. We are settled in now and loving the new space. Along with the new apartment came a great foyer area which gave me a brilliant idea for a mudroom bench. I found one online and Dan recreated it beautifully. I used some red ticking fabric for the cushion... it looks a little loose, because I haven't sewn it together yet. Here is the online bench and the last two photos are of Dan's bench. Construction phase...
